Returns accepted if item arrives damaged, or you receive incorrect items, or if you are not satisfied with your product. We don't accept returns for items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the buyer. All you need to do to get a return approved is to submit proof of damage, and we will either replace the item, or give you your money back. It's simple, either you receive a product you enjoy, or your money back guaranteed. Must be within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged Item
If your item is damaged, please do not throw it away! Pictured proof is needed to get a replacement or refund. Please make sure your pictures are clear, and show all packaging, packaging materials, and contents. Most of our affiliates will send a replacement if yours arrives damaged. If a replacement is not offered your money will be returned. Must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Exceptions

Exchanges and Refunds
You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery, unless it is to replace a damaged item. If your item arrives damaged you must contact us within 30 days. Once proof is submitted we will either replace the product, or your money. Refunds will only be approved for people who contact our customer service, and give all necessary proof. That normally includes pictures of the damage item, proof of purchase, and occasionally there will be a requirement for the shipping carrier to inspect the damaged item. This depends on your area, and the shipping carrier used, and carriers policies.
For payments made with Stripe:
After your refund is initiated, Stripe submits refund requests to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank. A customer may contact us at zepherhome@gmail.com, if they don’t see the refund. A refund may not be visible to the customer for several reasons:
If a customer is asking about a refund, it can be helpful to give them the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) corresponding to the refund. An ARN is a unique number assigned to a card transaction as it moves through the payment flow. Your customer can then take the ARN to their bank, which will be able to provide more information about when the refund will be available. Having a reference number can also increase your customer’s confidence that the refund has been initiated.

We send all refunds back to your original payment method. The time it takes to receive your money varies by payment method.
When you pay with your credit card, it usually takes up to 5 business days for a refund to complete. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company.
We’ll still send a refund to a canceled or prepaid card. Contact your card company to access this money.
When you pay with your debit card, it usually takes up to 5 business days for a refund to complete. Some refunds can take up to 30 days, depending on the card company. If we can’t apply the refund to your debit card, we’ll add it to your balance with PayPal.
When you pay with your bank account, we’ll be automatically transfer the refund to your bank account. Once issued, refunds usually take up to 5 business days to complete.
When you pay with your balance, the refund will go to your PayPal Balance on the same day.
When you pay with your balance and your card, the refund will go to your PayPal balance and your credit card. Once issued, the refund will go to your balance on the same day. The refund to the card can take up to 30 days, depending on the credit card company.
Some sellers can only send refunds with an eCheck issued by their bank. If you’re refunded by eCheck, it must clear the sender’s bank before you can receive it. Once issued, an eCheck clearing process usually takes up to 6 business days to complete. The refund will appear in your balance with PayPal.

When your refund shows as "pending" it means the seller has issued the refund, but the money hasn’t cleared their bank. It usually takes up to 5 business days for a refund to complete. If your refund is still pending after 5 business days, contact the seller for details.
When your refund shows as "on hold", the seller refunded before the original payment could clear your bank. It usually takes up to 5 business days for payments to clear your bank. When the original payment clears, the refund will complete.
When your refund shows as "refunded or partially refunded", we’ve sent the money back to your original payment method.
When your refund shows as "completed", the refund is complete, and we’ve returned the money to your original payment method.
When your refund shows as "canceled", we’re unable to process the refund. Please contact the seller for more details.
For payments with Apple Pay:

Once cancellation has been confirmed, a refund will be credited within 2 – 3 working days.
